Hall of Fame
A consensus All-American placekicker in 2012, Patrick Murray was a recipient of a prestigious NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship as well as the Fred Mitchell Award as the top non-NCAA FBS placekicker in the nation. He was also named the 2012 College Football Performance Awards (CFPA) Placekicker of the Year.

Murray was named an ECAC All-Star and First Team All-Patriot League selection at both placekicker and punter as a senior. He led the NCAA FCS with 25 field goals in 2012 and ranked second in the NCAA FCS in punting average in 2012.

Murray set school and Patriot League records for most field goals (25) and points scored (105) in a season in 2012. He holds the school record for punting average in a season (46.0), set in 2012, and is ranked fourth on the Fordham career field goals made list with 36.

As a junior in 2011, Murray was named Second Team All-America by the Beyond College Sports Network and Third Team All-America by the Associated Press and The Sports Network after he punted 49 times for 2,160 yards, an average of 44.1 yards/punt. He led the Patriot League and ranked third in the NCAA FCS in punting average in 2011.

Murray signed a free agent contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2014 and also served as the starting placekicker for the team in 2017.
