Hall of Fame
Arthur Daley was a renowned sports writer that graduated from Fordham in 1926.
He went on to a prolific career at the New York Times for almost 50 years and won a Pulitzer Prize in 1956.
Daley succeeded fellow Fordham alumnus John Kieran as the sports columnist at the New York Times in 1942.
He was inducted into the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Hall of Fame in 1976.
