A four-year starter, Jen Mineau was named First Team All-American as a sophomore and Third Team as a junior and she garnered First Team All-Region accolades in 2010, 2011 and 2012. She was the recipient of the 2010 and 2012 Claire and Jack Hobbs Award as the Fordham female athlete of the year and led the Rams to their first Atlantic 10 title (2011) and a pair of NCAA Tournament appearances (2010, 2011).
 
Mineau was named First Team All-Atlantic 10 in 2010, 2011 and 201 and Second Team in 2009 when she was also named to the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team in 2009. She was also named Atlantic 10 Championship Most Outstanding Player in 2011 and to the Atlantic 10 All-Championship Team in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
 
Mineau rewrote the Fordham record book, setting 16 records including career marks for wins (101), strikeouts (1,390) and ERA (1.42). A three-time All-Region and A-10 All-Conference First Team honoree, she posted ten no-hitters, including five perfect games.
 
Academically, Mineau graduated Magna Cum Laude and was twice named an Academic All-American® and A-10 Scholar Athlete of the Year.
 
Following graduation she was selected 15th overall in the 2012 National Pro Fastpitch League College Draft, playing for two years with the Akron Racers.
