Frank "Bo" Adams was both a player and a coach for the Fordham men's basketball team.
He played for the Rams in the late 1920s, helping Fordham to an 18-1 record during the 1928-29 season. He also finished in the top three in scoring during his final seasons.
He took over as head coach of the Rams following World War II, coaching six seasons from 1944 to 1950. He led the Rams to three winning seasons in his final four campaigns. The team went 19-5 during the 1946-47 and followed with an 18-6 season the following year. Under his tutelage, Gerry Smith became Fordham's first 1,000-point scorer.
