Dominique Liguori, a 2009 Fordham College at Rose Hill graduate, was one of the most dominant women’s tennis players in Fordham history, going undefeated in singles play over her last two years on Rose Hill and dropping just four times in singles matches in her career.

A four-time team MVP, Liguori was a 19-0 in singles action as a senior, which included winning the Eastern Collegiate Invitational as the #1 seeded player. She also went 8-4 in doubles play at first doubles as a senior.

Liguori competed at the USTA Women’s Open Singles and Doubles tournament as a senior in 2008-09, winning a bronze ball in doubles play.

Liguori earned First Team All-Atlantic 10 accolades in 2007 and 2009 and Second Team All-Atlantic 10 honors in 2008, the first and only Fordham women’s tennis student-athlete to earn All-Atlantic 10 honors for three years.

The 2009 recipient of the Hobbs Family Award as the top female student-athlete at Fordham, Liguori finished her singles’ career with a record of 57-4.
