A four-year letter winner with the Rams from 1988 until 1992, Prioleau graduated as the fifth all-time leading scorer with 1,442 points while his 453 assists and his 251 career steals are second best on the all-time list. He helped the 1990-91 and the 1991-92 teams to the Patriot League championship, hitting a three-pointer at the buzzer in the 1991 championship game to give the Rams an 84-81 win. With the Patriot League title, the 1992 squad advanced on to the NCAA Tournament, Fordham's first appearance in the tournament since the 1970-71 season. The 1990-91 team finished the year with a 25-8 record, the second most wins in Fordham history, and advanced to the NIT as Prioleau was the team's second leading scorer with a 14.2 ppg average. Prioleau was also a member of the 1989-90 team that went 20-13 and advanced to the second round of the NIT.
 
Individually, Prioleau was named Second Team All-Patriot League as a junior and senior and was also named to the 1991 Patriot League All-Tournament Team. As a freshman, Prioleau was named a unanimous Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) All-Rookie pick in 1988-89.
 
Following graduation, Prioleau played professionally in the USBL and CBA as well as playing professionally in Italy for two years.
