Charles Sheerin was a three-year player for the Fordham baseball team, playing in both the infield and outfield.
A two-year starter, he appeared in 45 games, totaling 18 runs scored, 37 hits, and 12 extra-base hits. After Fordham, he played in the major league for the Philadelphia Phillies.
He concluded his career by hitting two home runs in a 6-3 win over Rutgers to end the 1931 season.
