Nicholas Baldino, a 1948 Fordham College graduate, was one of the biggest supporters of the Fordham University Athletic Department. A college roommate of former Fordham head coach and Washington Wizards assistant coach, John Bach, Baldino played baseball at Fordham for legendary head coach, Jack Coffey.

Since graduation, Baldino has been a very loyal supporter of Fordham University Athletics for many years. A past member of the Hall of Fame Committee, Baldino has been very instrumental in fund raising for all of the Fordham athletic programs. In 1981 Baldino was among the first group to receive an Honorary Letter at the annual Block F Awards Dinner.
