A 1997 Fordham College graduate, Denise Corrado was a four-year member of the Fordham women's soccer squad, helping to establish the Rams program after the sport was elevated to varsity status at Fordham in 1993.
 
As a junior in 1995, Corrado scored a then school record 13 goals, a total that was only surpassed by Kirstin Gellatly who netted 14 in 2001. She also registered a then school record 29 points that year, a record which stood until Gellatly recorded 31 points in 2001.
 
Corrado was the first Fordham women's soccer student-athlete to earn All-Atlantic 10 honors, being named First Team All-Conference in 1995 and 1996.
 
Corrado graduated as Fordham's all-time leading scorer with 35 goals and 13 assists for 82 total points.
