Jeff Knuth, one of the best keepers to don a Fordham men’s soccer uniform, is a 1989 College of Business Administration graduate with a degree in Finance.

Knuth graduated with Fordham school records for most shutouts in a single season with 12, set in 1987.  That year, he registered a miniscule 0.80 goals against average, allowing just 16 goals in 20 games and keying a 13-game unbeaten streak for the Rams.  Knuth was named the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Keeper of the Year in 1987 and earned First Team All-Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference honors.  His exploits in the Fordham net helped the Rams to tie for the 1987 MAAC title.

Knuth made a splash in his freshman year (1985), posting six shutouts.  The following season he notched seven shutouts while compiling a 1.63 GAA and earned First Team All-MAAC accolades.
