Larry Cichanowicz held Fordham's record on the 100-meter freestyle with a time of 45.70 seconds. He also shared the record for the four-man 800-meter freestyle relay with a time of 6:49.90. He previously held school records in the 50-meter freestyle (time 21.30; broken in 1979) and the four-man 400-meter medley relay (time: 3:33.02; broken in 1987).
