A 1992 graduate of Fordham College, Mark Blazejewski was one of the best defensive football players in Fordham football history.

Blaziejewski earned All-America honors at linebacker in 1991 and 1992 while leading the Rams and the Patriot League in tackles both years (145 in 1991 and 130 in 1992) and serving as a captain in 1992. The linebacker was named Second Team All-America by the Associated Press as a junior and was named honorable Mention All-America by the Associated Press and the Football Gazette as a senior when he was the sixth ranked linebacker in the country. He was named Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year in 1992 as well as being named Preseason Defensive Player of the Year by the Patriot League coaches and The Sporting News in 1992. A two-time First Team All-Patriot League selection (1991 and 1992), Blazejewski also earned First Team All-ECAC honors as a junior. A four-year letter winner and three-year starter, he finished his career with 409 total tackles in 38 career games.
