A 2004 graduate of Fordham College at Rose Hill, Dan Wolleben was a mainstay with the men's rowing program, winning a national championship all four years at Rose Hill.
 
A four-year member of the men's varsity crew, Wolleben was a four-time Varsity National Championship Gold Medalist, winning the Dad Vail championship three times and the ECAC National Championship once, while stroking two of those championship winning crews to victory. He is a member of a very unique list of rowers in the history of collegiate rowing to win a major national college championship all four years on the varsity level.
 
Wolleben was a member of two top ten nationally ranked lightweight eights as a sophomore and junior and a three-time New York State Champion. He also competed at the Intercollegiate Rowing Association National Championship Regatta three times, advancing to the grand final twice.
 
A team captain both his junior and senior years, Wolleben was a member of the Senior National Team Development Camp in the summer of 2003 at the Nereid Boat Club in New Jersey, where he stroked the senior lightweight four to a gold medal at the U.S. National Championship Regatta. He also medaled in several other events at U.S. Nationals and competed in the grand finals at the Canadian Henley Regatta.
 
Following graduation, Wolleben served as an assistant coach for the Rams from 2004-2007 and then moved on to coach at Bucknell University where he still coaches and where he was named Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association Mid-Atlantic Assistant Coach of the Year in 2010 and 2011.
