Boston, Mass. – (March 8, 2020) – The 2020 ECAC/IC4A Indoor Track & Field Championship came to a close on Sunday at BU's Track & Tennis Center.
The Rams competed in five finals on Sunday, beginning with
Kathryn Kelly taking fourth in the 200-meter dash in a school record time of 24.22 seconds. THe time just bettered her own school record of 24.23, set last year.
Fordham also scored in the men's 4x400 and 4x800 relays. The Rams started by taking bronze in the 4x800 relay as
Jeremiah LaDuca,
Will Whelan,
Zalen Nelson, and
Christopher Strzelinski ran a season-best time of 7:31.47. Then, in the 4x400 relay,
Antony Misko,
Erik Brown,
Kyle Mack, and Arthur Godden Jr. placed sixth overall in 3:16.29. Additionally, Gooden was tenth in the 500-meter run finals in 1:04.60.
In the 3,000 meter run finals,
Alexandra Thomas was 14
th in the women's event in a season-best time of 9:48.77, while
Brandon Hall was tenth in the men's event in 8:19.09.
