Rams Compete in the 800 Meter Run and the Men’s Discus Throw

Newark, N.J. – (April 28, 2019) – Select members of the Fordham track & field team took part in the 2019 Peacocks & Brick City Classic, hosted by NJIT an Saint Peter's.

The Rams took part in the 800 meter event and the men's discus throw

In the women's 800 meters, Fordham had a 2-3 finish, as Jilli Jones placed second in 2:25.08, followed by Angelica Piccini in third at 2:25.17.

The men's 800 meters saw Jordan Milite take fifth overall in 2:01.94.

In the men's discus throw, John Regan was ninth with a distance of 97' 9".
