Newport News, Va. – The Atlantic 10 Conference announced its weekly track & field awards on Tuesday, with Fordham's Nikolas Reardon earning Men's Field Performer of the Week honors.

It is the first weekly honor for Reardon this season.
 
Reardon had a strong showing at the Fordham Season Opener last week, winning three events in the first of two home meets. The sophomore won the long jump (7.01m), triple jump (14.38m) and high jump (1.95m), with season-best jumps in each event.
 
The Rams will enjoy a short holiday break before returning to action on Friday, January 11 as they host the Brian Horowitz Invitational at the Lombardi Center Field House. Events are set to begin at 10 a.m.
