New Orleans, La. - The U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced the 2014 Division I All-Academic Track & Field teams with a total of 324 men's and women's teams earning the distinction as a result of earning a cumulative team GPA of 3.00 or higher. The Atlantic 10 Conference was once again a leader among the conferences for the 2013-14 season with a total of 18 teams represented, which included Fordham's men's and women's teams.

Fordham was one of 114 schools nationally to have both its men's and women's team honored, joining fellow Atlantic 10 teams, Davidson, Duquesne, George Mason, La Salle, Saint Joseph's, and Saint Louis. The women's team from Dayton, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Richmond were also honored.

The Fordham men's team was one of 116 men's teams honored with a 3.28 GPA, while the women were one of 208 squads with a 3.34 GPA.
This marks the third straight year that Fordham has been honored by the USTFCCCA for both cross country and track & field.
