The fantastic performance by the Fordham track & field on Saturday at the 2014 ECAC/IC4A Championship was followed by another one on Sunday at the BU Track & Tennis Center in Boston, Massachusetts.

Fordham would finish tied for 13
th out of 63 teams in the women's competition, while the men's team was 18
th out of 63 teams.

The women were in three finals on Sunday, scoring in all three events, and highlighted by a win in the 4x800 relay. Fordham's relay team of Melissa Higgins, Mara Lieberman, Titi Fagade, and Kristen Stuart posted a winning time of 8:50.08 to earn First Team All-East honors.

Fagade would also earn Second Team All-East honors in the 500 meter run, as she finished second in that final in a time of 1:13.16.

The Rams' final event was the women's distance medley relay, which just squeaked out a school record. Fordham's group of Christina Vivinetto, Averie Sheppard, Danielle Rowe, and Anisa Arsenault finished seventh overall, setting the school record by .01 seconds at 11:51.50. The 2011 relay team of Kerri Gallagher, Elisabeth Warren, Kelly Connolly, and Arsenault held the previous record at 11:51.51.

On the men's side, Fordham scored in two of the four Sunday events. First, it was the men's distance medley relay team of
Brian Walter,
Sean Collins,
Lester Taylor, and
Jonathan Annelli taking home fifth place in 9:58.00.

Then, individually, Collins placed eighth overall in the 500 meter run in 1:03.90.

The final two Ram competitors were
Ryan Polo, who finished ninth in the 1,000 meter final in 2:33.07, while
Mike Turi was 49
th in the 3,000 meter run in 8:35.78.
