Bronx, N.Y. – (June 23, 2026) – Fordham track & field student-athletes,
Zoe Arakelian and
Leia Ruvo, were among those that received College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors for the Women's Cross Country/Track & Field Team on Tuesday.
The 2026 Academic All-District® Cross Country/Track & Field Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA. Student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
This is Arakelian and Ruvo's second selection to the All-District Team, as both received the honor in 2024.

Zoe Arakelian – Sr. – Jumps
Major: Marketing
- Two-time CSC Academic All-District selection (2024 & 2026)
- 2026 Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference for indoor track
- Three-year member of the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll
- 2026 Atlantic 10 indoor high jump co-champion & First Team All-Atlantic 10 (5' 8")
- 2026 ECAC Championship silver medalist in the indoor & outdoor high jump
- Tied the school record in the outdoor high jump (5' 8 ¾") at the Penn Relays earning a silver medal

Leia Ruvo – Sr. – Jumps/Multi-Events
Major: Biological Sciences
- Two-time CSC Academic All-District selection (2024 & 2026)
- 2026 Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference for indoor track
- Three-year member of the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll
- Silver medalist and Second Team All-Atlantic 10 in the pentathlon (3,602 pts.) at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track & Field Championship
- Silver medalist and Second Team All-Atlantic 10 in the heptathlon (5,007 pts.) at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track & Field Championship
