Leonia, N.J. – The Fordham women's crew continued its challenging schedule by hosting Atlantic 10 Champions URI, along with Villanova and Sacred Heart at Overpeck Park on Saturday.
 
On a beautiful day for racing with sunny skies and a slight headwind, the Fordham Varsity 8 split their day, racing to a strong win against Sacred Heart but falling to URI.
 
The Fordham 2nd Varsity 8 went through some changes this week and rebounded well with some tough racing, finishing second in both sessions.
 
The Fordham Varsity 4s continued to gain speed and race experience as they train towards the Atlantic 10 Championship.
 
What's Next?
The Rams will venture down Route 95 to compete in the George Washington Invitational on the Potomac River next Saturday, April 11.
