BRONX, N.Y. - Eleven members of the Fordham rowing team have been named 2025 CRCA Scholar Athletes, it was announced by the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association.
 
The eleven honorees tie Fordham with Duquesne for the second most among Atlantic 10 schools. George Mason leads the conference with 13 while Saint Joseph's has eight and George Washington seven.

To qualify for this prestigious honor, a student-athlete must be in at least their second year of collegiate eligibility while maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher.  Additionally, student-athletes must have rowed in their institution's NCAA eligible boats for a minimum of 75% of the current spring races or race at their conference championship.
 
Fordham Rowing is coming off one of its most successful seasons, a campaign that saw the Rams finish third at the Atlantic 10 Championships, tying Fordham's best ever finish at the championship. In addition, the Rams also won the 2026 Kerr Cup and the Jesuit Invitational trophy while at the Novak Memorial Metropolitan Championship the Varsity 8, 2nd Varsity 8, and Varsity 4 all took gold.
