West Point, N.Y. – (May 8, 2025) – Select members of the Fordham track & field team were in action on Wednesday night at the West Point Twilight, hosted by Army.
The Rams fought through rainy conditions and took part in the men's 800 meters, men's and women's 1,500 meters, and the men's 5,000 meters.
The night began with the men's 800 meters, where
Ben Borchers finished second with a season-best time of 1:51.45.
Darren Croke placed 12
th in the event at 1:56.41, while
Jake Frayler was 26
th in 2:03.78.
Next was the 1,500-meter run, where
Helen Moloney was 12
th in the women's event at 5:18.02. In the men's event,
Rodolfo Sanchez grabbed third in 3:47.82 with
Nathan Bezuneh in fifth at 3:50.23.
The final competitor was
Nicolas Grabarz in the men's 5,000 meters, where he took ninth in 15:44.73.
The Rams are next in action at the ECAC/IC4A Championship, May 17-18, which will be held in Fairfax, Virginia at George Mason University.
