Bronx, N.Y. – (February 13, 2024) – The Atlantic 10 Conference announced its final set of swimming & diving weekly awards on Tuesday with sophomore diver Mya Bokerman (New Berlin, Wisc.) collecting Women's Swimming & Diving Performer of the Week honors, while freshman swimmer Jesse Abramson (Warwick, N.Y.) received Men's Swimming & Diving Rookie of the Week honors.
 
These are the first career weekly awards for both Bokerman and Abramson.
 
Bokerman swept the diving events against Wagner last Wednesday, as Fordham completed an undefeated regular season for the third consecutive year, becoming the first Ram team in any sport to do so.  She recorded winning scores of 282.60 on the one-meter board and 279.92 on the three-meter board.
 
Abramson had a pair of second place finishes in Fordham's win over Wagner on Wednesday, as the men's team finished the regular season at 8-1.  He was second in the 200-yard freestyle event at 1:44.92 and the 500-yard freestyle at 4:47.56.
 
Bokerman, Abramson, and the rest of the Rams now have their sights set on the 2024 Atlantic 10 Swimming & Diving Championships, which will be held February 21-24 at the Hampton Aquaplex in Hampton, Virginia.
