Clark & Stever Medal on Final Night of #A10SD Championship

Fordham Women Placed Fifth as Hayley Clark Wins the 200 Butterfly Event, while Campbell Stever Takes Bronze in the 1650 Freestyle

Hampton, Virginia – (February 21, 2026) – The Fordham women's swimming & diving team finished in fifth place after the final day of competition at the 2026 Atlantic 10 Swimming & Diving Championship, which was held at the Hampton Aquaplex in Virginia.
 
FORDHAM – DAY 4 WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
  • Seven women's events were held on Saturday with the 1650 freestyle, 200 backstroke, 100 freestyle, 200 breaststroke, 200 butterfly, one-meter dive and the 400 freestyle relay.
  • The opening scoring final of the night was the 1650 freestyle, where Campbell Stever took home the bronze medal, scoring third in a season-best time of 16:48.47, while Daisy Mitchell scored tenth in 17:11.65.
  • In the 200 backstroke, Tera Brilmyer was the lone Ram competitor, finishing 23rd in the preliminaries with a time of 2:07.13.
  • Fordham got back in the scoring column in the 100 freestyle event, as Saskia Aikman just missed the podium, taking fourth in the championship final in 50.14 seconds.
  • Fordham's duo of Karina Kanary and Lexi Lundell then scored in the 200 breaststroke, as Kanary was sixth in the championship final at 2:15.99 with Lundell scoring 12th in the "B" final (2:17.42).
  • Hayley Clark followed by adding to the Rams' medal count by becoming the Rams' latest Atlantic 10 champion in the 200 butterfly event with a season-best time of 1:58.19.  She joins former Rams Amelia Bullock (twice), Megan Polaha (three times), and Courtney Collyer (four times) as the Atlantic 10 champion in the 200 butterfly.  Ella Montgomery also scored in the "B" final of the 200 butterfly, taking 13th in 2:03.62.
  • The last individual event of the championship was the one-meter dive, where Katie Laverty and Mya Bokerman qualified for the championship final, while Dani O'Kelly made the "B" final.  Laverty just missed the podium in fourth place with a score of 273.25, while Bokerman was seventh at 246.65.  O'Kelly then won the "B" final for ninth place at 262.35.
  • The last event of the championship was the 400 freestyle relay, as Aikman, Lundell, Montgomery, and Clark scored sixth in 3:23.86.
