Bronx, N.Y. – (January 30, 2024) – The Atlantic 10 Conference announced its weekly swimming & diving awards for the week ending January 28^th with Fordham graduate student Guy Gropper (Haifa, Israel) being named Men's Swimming & Diving Performer of the Week, respectively.  It is Gropper's second weekly award of the season.

Gropper won two events last Wednesday in Fordham's 162-126 win at Iona, as the men's team improved to 6-1 in dual meet action this season.  He captured first in the 50-yard freestyle in 20.57 seconds and in the 100-yard butterfly event in 51.13 seconds.

Gropper and the rest of the Rams are back in action on Saturday, February 3^rd, when Fordham hosts Massachusetts at the Col. Francis B. Messmore Aquatic Center, beginning at 1:00 PM.
