Justine Fagerlund (1994-98 – Distance Free): Fagerlund took part in three Atlantic 10 Championships, scoring in the 500 and 1650 freestyle events, as well as the 800 freestyle relay. Her best individual performances came at the 1996 Championship, placing sixth in the 1650 freestyle and 11th in the 500 freestyle, while her best relay performance was in 1998, when the 800 freestyle relay took fifth. She set the school record in the 1650 freestyle, which also broke the 1000 freestyle school record in 1996. |
Elizabeth Lehre (1995-99 – Breaststroke/IM): After being a silver medalist at the 1996 Championship, Lehre was Fordham's first-ever Atlantic 10 Champion, when she won the 200 breaststroke at the 1997 Atlantic 10 Championship, and grabbed silver in the 100 breaststroke event, setting school records in both events. She then added another silver medal at the 1998 Championship in the 200 breaststroke. Aside from the breaststroke, Lehre scored at A-10s in the 200 and 400 IM events, while swimming the breaststroke leg for the medley relays. |
Brooke Barton (1996-2000 – Distance Free): Right from the start, Barton became the Rams' top distance freestyle performer, scoring in the 500 and 1650 freestyle events at all four Atlantic 10 Championships she competed in. Her top finishes came in 1997, where she took fourth overall in the 1650 freestyle and seventh in the 500 freestyle. In 1998, she broke all the distance freestyle records at Fordham, as well as being a part of the 800 freestyle relay record. Additionally, Barton was a two-time Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference selection and was selected as the 1999-2000 A-10 Student-Athlete of the Year. |
Michelle Maguire (1999-2003 – Sprint Free): Maguire is the first of three Fordham Athletics Hall of Fame honorees on the team, as well as a former winner of the Hobbs Family Award, as Fordham female student-athlete of the year. Competing at four A-10 Championships, she earned her first medals in 2001, grabbing a pair of silvers in the 100 freestyle and 200 freestyle relay, as well as a bronze in the 400 freestyle relay. In 2002, the first year the A-10 instituted a Second Team All-Conference, she garnered that accolade in the 200 freestyle relay, while adding a bronze medal in the 50 freestyle with a school record performance. Maguire added to her awards as a senior in 2003, garnering Second Team All-League honors in the 400 freestyle relay and picking up bronze medals in the 50 freestyle, 200 freestyle relay, and the 200 medley relay. Overall, she five school records in 2003 (100 free, 200 & 400 free relay, 200 & 400 medley relay). |
Erika Newell (2002-05 – Backstroke/Sprint Free): Newell is the second Fordham Athletics Hall of Fame honoree on the team, as well as a former winner of the Hobbs Family Award, as Fordham female student-athlete of the year. She earned All-Atlantic 10 honors five times, highlighted by her 2005 Atlantic 10 Championship performance. She became the first women to win multiple events at a single championship performance, winning the 100 and 200 backstroke events and setting the school record in the 100 event. Additionally that year, she picked up bronze medals in the 50 freestyle and 400 freestyle relay. Her other All-Atlantic 10 accolades came in 2003 with the 400 freestyle relay and in 2004 in the 50 freestyle, where she set the school record. Overall, Newell finished her career with school records in the 50 and 100 freestyle, the 100 and 200 backstroke, the 100 butterfly, the 200 IM, and all five relay marks. |
Katie Greiner (2002-06 – Distance Free): Greiner earned All-Atlantic 10 honors in three of her four A-10 Championship appearances and was a three-time Academic All-Conference selection. She opened her career by winning gold at the 2003 A-10 Championship in the 500 freestyle event, while earning silver in the 400 freestyle relay. In 2004, she garnered Second Team All-Atlantic 10 honor as a part of the 800 freestyle relay, while receiving bronze medals in the 500 freestyle and 400 freestyle relay, both of which set school records. Greiner then received Second Team honors in 2005 in the 500 freestyle to go with a bronze in the 400 freestyle relay. She graduated with school records in the 200 and 500 freestyle, as well as the 400 and 800 freestyle relays. |
Brittany Nuess (2002-06 – IM): Nuess was Fordham's top performer in the individual medley events at all four A-10 Championships, while picking up five medals overall. She was sixth in the 200 IM in 2003, while Second Team All-Atlantic 10 as a part of the 400 freestyle relay and picking up a bronze medal in the 200 freestyle relay. In 2004, she just missed the podium in the 200 IM, taking fourth overall, while being ninth in the 400 IM. Nuess also earned Second Team honors in the 800 freestyle relay and a bronze medal in the 400 freestyle relay that year, both of which set school records. The 2005 Championship saw her take sixth in the 200 IM, while being ninth in the event in 2006. Overall, she helped set school records in all three freestyle relays events. |
Marisa Colangelo (2005-08 – Diving): Colangelo is the first diver to make the anniversary team, after a very successful career for the Rams. She scored at all four Championships, starting with a pair of ninth place finishes on the one-meter and three-meter boards. She built her way up to the 2008 Championship for her best performances, taking fifth in each diving competition. A member of the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll, Colangelo finished with the school record in the one-meter event, setting it in 2007. |
Nicole Marshall (2006-10 – Breaststroke): Marshall is the first of 11 Rams from Fordham's 2010 A-10 Team Championship squad. Marshall totaled eight medals over her career, beginning with a bronze medal in the 400 medley relay at the 2008 Championship, while just missing the podium in the 200 breaststroke and 200 medley relay (4th). In 2009, she earned Second Team All-Atlantic 10 honors as a member of the 200 and 400 medley relays, while getting a bronze medal in the 100 breaststroke. Then as a part of the 2010 squad, she was First Team All-Atlantic 10 and event champion in the 200 medley relay, while receiving Second Team accolades in the 100 breaststroke and the 400 medley relay and earning a bronze medal in the 200 breaststroke. Overall, she ended her career with both breaststroke school records and both medley relay marks. |
Caitlin Napoli (2006-10 – Butterfly/Freestyle): One of the most accomplished swimmers in team history, Napoli is a six-time event champion at the Atlantic 10 Championship, starting right away as a freshman in 2007. She won the 200 freestyle event to earn First Team All-Atlantic 10 honors, while picking up Second Team honors in the 200 butterfly. After picking up a couple of bronze medals in 2008, Napoli was back on the top of the podium in 2009, winning the 200 and 500 freestyle events at the 2009 A-10 Championship, as well as being a part of the winning 800 freestyle relay. She also earned Second Team honors that year in the 200 butterfly and 400 freestyle relay. The two-time Academic All-Conference selection then capper her career in 2010 by winning the 500 freestyle and 800 freestyle relay for First Team honors, while being Second Team in the 200 freestyle, 200 butterfly, and 400 freestyle relay. The recipient of the 2010 Hobbs Family Award as Fordham female athlete of the year, she ended her career with school records in the 200 and 500 freestyle and the 400 and 800 freestyle relay. |
Marina Montoya (2006-10 – IM): Another member of the 2010 A-10 Championship squad, Montoya scored in three of the four A-10 Championships she competed in. After scoring 14th in the 400 IM in 2007, she had her best finish in that event in 2008, winning the "B" final for ninth place. She was also 14th in the 200 IM that season. In 2009, Montoya was 13th in both the 200 and 400 IM events. |
Christina Cosentino (2007-11 – Backstroke): A two-year captain of the team, Cosentino was as consistent a performer as you could have in the backstroke events, finishing anywhere from third to sixth all four years. In her first year, she was the bronze medalist in the 100 backstroke at the 2008 A-10 Championship, while taking fifth in the 200 backstroke. The following year, she was fifth in the 100 backstroke and sixth in the 200, setting a new school record in the 200. She also picked up a pair of Second Team All-Atlantic 10 honors as a part of the 200 and 400 medley relays. In 2010, Cosentino was fifth in the 200 backstroke and sixth in the 100, while taking fourth in both events in 2011. |
Megan McGorry (2009-11 – Distance Freestyle): McGorry made the most of her two seasons with the Rams, after transferring from Central Connecticut St. She helped the Rams to the 2010 A-10 title by earning Second Team All-Atlantic 10 honors in the 500 and 1650 freestyle events. Then in 2011, she was once again Second Team All-League in the 500 freestyle as well as in the 800 freestyle relay. She also earned a pair of bronze medals that season in the 200 and 1650 freestyle events and was named to the Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference team. McGorry remains the school record holder in the 500, 1000, and 1650 freestyle today. |
Kelly Bunster (2008-12 – Butterfly/Free): Bunster was a 16-time All-Atlantic 10 performer during her four-year career, with most of her damage in the butterfly and relay events. At her first A-10 Championship in 2009, she earned First Team All-Atlantic 10 in the 800 freestyle relay, while being Second Team All-Atlantic 10 in the 100 butterfly, 400 freestyle relay, and the 200 and 400 medley relays. The following year, she medaled four times, taking gold and First Team All-Atlantic 10 accolades in the 200 medley and 800 freestyle relays, silver in the 400 medley and freestyle relay, and bronze in the 100 butterfly. In 2011, Bunster captured the A-10 event title in the 100 butterfly for First Team All-Atlantic 10 honors, while being Second Team All-Atlantic 10 in the 200 and 400 medley relays and 400 freestyle relay. She then capped her career by being Second Team All-Atlantic 10 in the 200 and 400 medley relays and 400 freestyle relay, while being ninth in the 100 butterfly. For school records, she had a hand in all five relay records. |
Courtney Collyer (2008-12 – Butterfly/IM): Collyer put her stamp on the Fordham record book early and often throughout her career at Rose Hill. She was the first Ram to be named the Women's Most Outstanding Rookie Performer at the 2009 Atlantic 10 Championship, after winning the 200 butterfly, 400 IM, and 800 freestyle relay, while taking sixth in the 200 IM. In year two as a part of the Rams' A-10 title team, she was once again the 200 butterfly event champion, while being Second Team All-Atlantic 10 in the 200 and 400 IM events. Collyer continued her dominance in 2011, winning the 200 butterfly for the third consecutive year, while earning Second Team All-Atlantic 10 honors in the 400 IM, the 200 and 400 medley relays, and the 400 freestyle relay, and taking sixth in the 200 IM. She then became the first Ram to win an event four straight years in 2012, taking gold in the 100 and 200 butterfly and 800 freestyle relay. She added Second Team honors in the 200 IM, 200 and 400 medley relays, and the 400 freestyle relay. Later that year, Collyer was named a Mid-Major All-America by CollegeSwimming.com for the second time and received the 2012 Atlantic 10 Sporting Award. Overall, she graduated with school records in both butterfly events, both IM events, and two relays (200 and 400 freestyle). |
Andrea Krok (2008-12 – Diving): Krok is the next diver to make the anniversary team after a superb four-year run, having never finished lower than fifth at any of the Atlantic 10 Championships she competed at. As a freshman, she placed fourth on the three-meter board and fifth in the one-meter competition at the 2009 A-10 Championship. In year two, she was Second Team All-Atlantic 10 in the one-meter dive, while scoring fourth in the three-meter dive. The next two seasons, Krok earned a bronze medal in the three-meter dive, while taking fourth and fifth in the one-meter dive at the 2011 and 2012 Championships, respectively. An NCAA Zone qualifier as a senior, she broke the Rams' one-meter dive record in 2010 and the three-meter record in 2012. |

Elizabeth Dorger (2008-12 – Diving): Dorger was also a stellar four-year diver for the Rams, finishing no worse than ninth at the A-10 Championship in either diving event. She improved her finishes in each of her first three seasons from 2009 to 2011. She started her career taking eighth in the one-meter dive and ninth in the three-meter dive at the 2009 Atlantic 10 Championship and improved to fourth and seventh the following year in those respective events. Dorger's best finish came in 2011, taking the bronze medal in the one-meter competition, while grabbing sixth on the three-meter board. In 2012, she capped her career by placing fourth in the one-meter dive and ninth on the three-meter board. An NCAA Zone qualifier as a junior, she set the school record in the one-meter dive in 2011. |
Brienne Ryan (2009-13 – Backstroke/Sprint Free): Ryan had a storied four-year run at Fordham, qualifying for the NCAA Championships twice, being a three-time Mid-Major All-American by CollegeSwimming.com, and qualifying for the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials. Helping Fordham to the 2010 A-10 title, she started her career as a two-time First Team All-Atlantic 10 performer in the 200 medley relay and 800 freestyle relay, while being Second Team All-League in the 100 and 200 backstroke, the 400 freestyle relay, and the 400 medley relay. She also earned a bronze medal in the 50 freestyle at her first Championship. In year two, Ryan earned her first individual gold by taking first in the 200 backstroke, while grabbing Second Team All-Atlantic 10 in the 100 backstroke, the 200 and 400 medley relay, and the 400 and 800 freestyle relay, as well as a bronze medal in the 50 freestyle. In 2012, she was an A-10 champion in the 50 freestyle and the 800 freestyle relay, while being Second Team All-Atlantic 10 in the 100 and 200 backstroke, 200 and 400 medley relay, and 400 freestyle relay. She capped her career as the Atlantic 10 champion in the 200 backstroke, while receiving Second Team All-Atlantic 10 in both medley relay events. A two-time Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference pick, Ryan finished with school records in the 50 and 100 freestyle, both backstroke events, and four relays, was the 2013 Hobbs Family Award winner, and was inducted into the Fordham Athletics Hall of Fame in 2019. |
Kellie Lyver (2009-13 – Sprint Free): Lyver was an important part of the Fordham relay teams, medaling in the relays in each of her four years at Fordham. She helped the Rams to the 2010 A-10 title as a freshman, earning a bronze medal in the 200 freestyle relay, while scoring 11th in the 50 freestyle and 12th in the 100 freestyle. In 2011, she was Second Team All-Atlantic 10 in the 200 medley relay, while taking a bronze medal in the 200 freestyle relay. Individually, Lyver scored 11th and 13th in the 50 and 100 freestyle, respectively. In year three, she once again was Second Team All-League in the 200 medley relay and placed tenth in the 50 freestyle. The final A-10 Championship was a solid one for Lyver, garnering Second Team All-Atlantic 10 honors in the 200 freestyle relay with a school record time, while tying for ninth in the 50 freestyle. |
Chandler Lulley (2012-16 – Sprint Free): Lulley medaled at all four A-10 Championships she competed at, while receiving All-Atlantic 10 accolades in three of those years. She opened by scoring ninth in the 50 freestyle and 15th in the 100 freestyle, while garnering Second Team All-Atlantic 10 honors in the 200 freestyle relay. She then earned Second Team accolades in the 200 and 400 medley relays in 2014, while picking up sixth place finishes in the 200 and 400 freestyle relays, a fourth place finish in the 100 freestyle, and fifth in the 50 freestyle. Lulley captured her lone gold medal in the 400 medley relay at the 2015 A-10 Championship while picking up Second Team honors in the 200 medley relay. She also scored in the 50 freestyle (6th), 100 freestyle (8th), and the 200 (5th) and 400 (4th) freestyle relays that year. She ended her career with two bronze medals (100 free, 400 medley relay) and four other top seven finishes. Overall, Lulley had two school records in the 100 freestyle and 200 freestyle relay. |
Shannon Lulley (2012-16 – Sprint Free): Lulley joins her twin sister on the anniversary team, after earning All-Atlantic 10 honors in four different specialties. As a freshman, she was Second Team All-Atlantic 10 in the 200 IM, the 100 butterfly, the 200 freestyle relay, and the 200 and 400 medley relays. In her second season, she once again earned Second Team All-Atlantic 10 honors in the 200 medley relay, while at the 2015 Championship, she earned her first gold medal in the 400 medley relay, while earning Second Team All-Atlantic 10 honors in the 50 freestyle and 100 butterfly. She ended her career as the Atlantic 10 champion in the 100 butterfly, while just missing the podium in the 50 freestyle and 200 freestyle relay (4th). Lulley ended her career with school records in the 50 freestyle, 100 butterfly, and 200 freestyle relay. |
Megan Polaha (2013-17 – Butterfly/IM): Polaha joined Courtney Collyer as the only Rams to earn the Most Outstanding Rookie Performer Award at the Atlantic 10 Championship in 2014. Additionally, she became the third Ram to win an event at all four A-10 Championships she competed at (Collyer, Ryan). She won the 200 butterfly in 2014, while picking up Second Team honors in the 400 medley relay. In 2015, she added to her medal count with First Team All-Atlantic 10 honors by winning the 200 IM and taking bronze in the 200 butterfly. Polaha then earned double gold at the 2016 A-10 Championship, winning the 200 IM and 200 butterfly, while grabbing silver in the 400 IM, and bronze in the 400 medley relay. She ended her career with another 200 butterfly event win and was the bronze medalist in the 400 IM. A two-time CSCAA Scholar All-America selection, she ended her career with school records in the 200 butterfly and both IM events. |
Nele Albers (2016-18 – Breaststroke): Albers became Fordham's first Academic All-American for the swimming & diving team, as she was named to the 2018 CoSIDA Academic All-American At-Large First Team. In two seasons at Fordham, she was the Rams' top performer in the 200 breaststroke, scoring tenth in 2017 and seventh in 2018. She set the school record in that event during the 2017 season, while adding a fifth place finish in the 400 medley relay at the 2018 A-10 Championship. |
Tara Brunner (2015-19 – Sprint Free): Brunner was a top performer in the sprint freestyle events all four seasons at Fordham, medaling in three A-10 Championships. She earned a bronze medal in the 200 freestyle relay as a sophomore and then was First Team All-Atlantic 10 in 2018 in that same event, while adding Second Team honors in the 400 freestyle relay. Her breakout year though came as a senior in 2019, where she was the second Ram to medal in seven different events at the Championship. Brunner was the Atlantic 10 event champion in the 200 medley relay, while being Second Team All-Atlantic 10 in the 50 and 100 freestyle, the 100 butterfly, and the 200 and 400 freestyle relay. Her final event was the 400 medley relay, which earned her a bronze medal. A 2019 Academic All-Conference selection, Brunner ended her career with school records in the 50 and 100 freestyle and the 200 and 400 freestyle relays. |
Amelia Bullock (2016-20 – Breaststroke/Butterfly): Bullock was the third Ram to earn a major Atlantic 10 award, becoming the first to be named the Atlantic 10's Most Outstanding Women's Performer in 2020. She earned All-Atlantic 10 accolades in all three championships she competed in, starting with Second Team honors in 2017 in the 100 and 200 butterfly event. The following season, she picked up two gold medals in the 200 butterfly and 200 freestyle relay while receiving Second Team honors in the the 400 freestyle relay. Bullock additionally was a bronze medalist in the 200 medley relay, while winning with 100 and 200 butterfly events at the 2018 ECAC Open Championship. After missing the 2019 Championship, she returned with an all-time performance, winning the 100 and 200 butterfly, the 200 and 400 freestyle relays, and the 400 medley relay to go with a third place finish in the 100 breaststroke. Overall, Bullock finished with school records in both butterfly events, the 200 breaststroke, the 200 and 400 freestyle relays, and the 400 medley relay. |
Molly Dunn (2016-20 – Diving): Dunn competed at three Atlantic 10 Championships and was a two-time NCAA Zone Diving qualifier for the Rams. Her best showing at the A-10 Championships came in 2019, where she just missed the podium with a fourth-place finish on the one-meter board, while scoring tenth in the three-meter competition. A three-year member of the A-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll, Dunn holds the school record in the three-meter dive, set in 2020. |
Michelle Martin (2017-present – Back/Sprint Free): In just three seasons, Martin is one of the most versatile Rams in team history, competing in the backstroke, butterfly, freestyle, and relay events. She kicked off her career at the 2018 A-10 Championship by winning the 200 freestyle relay, while being fourth in the 50 freestyle and sixth in the 100 backstroke. In her second season, she picked up four medals, highlighted by a gold medal in the 200 medley relay and silver medals in the 200 and 400 freestyle relays. She also earned a bronze medal in the 400 medley relay that season, while scoring fifth in the 100 backstroke. Then in 2020, Martin became the Atlantic 10 champion in four events, including the 50 freestyle, the 200 and 400 freestyle relays, and the 400 medley relay. She also picked up Second Team All-Atlantic 10 honors in the 100 butterfly, while scoring fourth in the 200 medley relay and seventh in the 100 freestyle. Overall, she has records in the 50 freestyle, 200 and 400 freestyle relay, and 400 medley relay. |
Bayley Frierson (2017-present – Distance Free): Frierson is the final member of the anniversary team as a part of the distance freestyle group. She scored at each of the A-10 Championships she has competed at, beginning in 2018, when she won the 1650 freestyle event, while taking ninth in the 500 freestyle. In 2019, she placed fifth in the 1650 freestyle and eighth in the 500 freestyle, while earning a spot on the Academic All-Conference team. Most recently, Frierson scored 14th in the 1650 freestyle and 15th in the 500 freestyle at the 2020 Championship. |
