New York, N.Y. – (February 8, 2020) – Select members of the Fordham swimming & diving teams closed out competition at the NYU Winter Invite on Saturday at the Palladium Athletic Facility.
On the men's side, freshman
Wade Meaders finished second in both the 200 freestyle (1:45.51) and 100 backstroke (53.88) events.

For the women,
Amanda Pyle,
Courtney Cail, and
Eva Kaplan all competed in preliminary events. Pyle swam 2:07.95 in the 200 freestyle and 20:10.13 in the 1650 freestyle, while Cail posted times of 25.78 seconds in the 50 freestyle and 2:34.33 in the 200 breaststroke. Kaplan then clocked in at 2:36.03 in the 200 breaststroke.
