Newport News, Va. – Fordham University sophomore Arina Taluyenko was named First Team All-Atlantic 10 it was announced by the league office today. It is the first postseason honor Taluyenko.
 
The Almaty, Kazakhstan, native made an immediate impact during her first year at Rose Hill, leading the Rams with 13 singles wins at first singles, where she did not lose to an Atlantic 10 opponent all season.
 
Taluyenko, a transfer from Georgia State, was also named team MVP at the Block F Awards dinner on May 1.
