Bronx, N.Y. – (October 11, 2019) – Behind a superb effort that saw seven of the top 12 finishers wearing Maroon & White, the Fordham men's cross country team defended its Metropolitan Cross Country Championship at Van Cortlandt Park.
With a score of 17 points, it was Fordham's fifth Metropolitan cross country title overall and fourth in the last six years. Manhattan was runner-up with 71 points, followed by Rutgers (80), NJIT (85), Seton Hall (138), NYIT (161), and Saint Peter's (213).
