Philadelphia, Pa. – The Fordham women's tennis team fell to Drexel 5-1 at the Hecht/Hamlin Center on Wednesday.

Sophomore Maia Balce notched the lone singles victory for the Rams, defeating Rodriguez 3-6, 6-3, 6-3 at the fourth singles position. Due to time constraints the two teams eliminated the doubles competition.

The Rams return to action Friday March 2 as they host conference foe Saint Louis at Life Time Athletic.
