Downloadable/Printable Baseball Schedule

Fordham baseball head coach Kevin Leighton announced the team's 2015 schedule today.  It features 25 home games, as well as non-conference weekend series in Atlanta, Fort Myers, and Los Angeles.

Except for 1944, the Fordham baseball program has played every year since 1859 and stands as the winningest program in NCAA history.  The Rams will be competing for their seventh Atlantic 10 Championship tournament berth in the last 12 years, in hopes of being at the 2015 Atlantic 10 Championship, May 20-23, which will be hosted at George Washington's Barcroft Field in Washington, D.C.

The schedule features five NCAA teams from a year ago, which includes two in the opening weekend in Atlanta, Georgia.  Fordham kicks off the season at Georgia State on Friday, February 13th, followed by games at Georgia Tech on February 14th and Kennesaw State on February 15th.  Both Georgia Tech and Kennesaw State made the NCAA Tournament last season with Kennesaw State advancing to the Super Regional.

The following weekend, Fordham will play at Florida Gulf Cost for a three-game series, February 20-22, in Fort Myers, Florida.

The Rams will then make a very special trip to Los Angeles for a three-game series at USC, February 27-March 1.  The series will pit two of the top three all-time win leaders in collegiate baseball against each other in Fordham (#1) and Southern California (#3).  The trip also marks Fordham's first west coast swing since 2002, when the Rams competed at the Johnny Quik Classic at Fresno State.

In addition to these three weekends, Fordham will have non-conference series against Stony Brook (March 7-8), Sacred Heart (March 14-15), and a split series with Connecticut (March 20) and Seton Hall (March 21-22), but all three games will be played at Seton Hall.

Fordham will also have mid-week road games against Iona, Albany, Fairfield, Manhattan, and NCAA tournament participant, Siena.

Fordham is scheduled to have 25 home games this season, which includes four Atlantic 10 weekend series at Houlihan Park.  Beside the home games with Stony Brook and Sacred Heart as a part of weekend series, the Rams will host Wagner, Manhattan, UMass-Lowell, Hofstra, Rutgers, Iona, and NCAA participant Columbia in non-conference play.

In conference play, Fordham's home series opponents will be against defending Atlantic 10 champion George Mason (April 2-4), Davidson (April 10-12), Saint Louis (Apr. 24-26), and St. Bonaventure (May 1-3).  The Rams will make conference road trips to Richmond (March 27-29), George Washington (April 17-19), VCU (May 7-9), and Dayton (May 14-16).
