March 23, 2013 - Indianapolis, Ind. - Fordham senior Brienne Ryan made the trek to Indianapolis this weekend to compete in the 2013 NCAA Women's Swimming & Diving Championship, held at the IU Natatorium and the IUPUI Sports Complex.

Ryan qualified for both the 100 and 200 backstroke event at the Championship, becoming the first Fordham female swimmer to qualify for the NCAA Championship twice.

On Friday, Ryan finished 33rd overall in the 100 backstroke, clocking in with a time of 53.64 seconds.

Then on Saturday, Ryan placed 37th in the 200 backstroke, finishing with a time of 1:56.32.
