BRONX, N.Y.- Four Fordham Rams earned recognition from the NFCA on Monday, not for their accomplishments on the diamond, but for their success in the classroom.
 
Michele Daubman, Kayla Lombardo, Serena Moroukian and Brianna Ciuffi were all named to the list of NFCA Division I Scholar Athletes, signifying that they received at least a 3.5 GPA during the 2012-2013 academic year.  Daubman turned in a perfect 4.0 index in her sophomore campaign.
 
This is just the latest in several NFCA honors for the Fordham Rams this calendar year.  In the spring, Daubman was named both to the NFCA Academic All-District Team and the NFCA All-District First Team.  Jamie LaBovick, Gabby Luety and Elise Fortier were also honored with First Team All-District recognition.
