Philadelphia, Pa. – (February 28, 2026) – The Fordham squash team continued play at the CSA Divisional Team Championship on Saturday at the Arlen Specter U.S. Squash Center, falling to Connecticut College, 6-3, and Haverford, 9-0.
MATCH 1 – Connecticut College 6, Fordham 3
- Connecticut College earned wns at the first through third and seventh through ninth slots for the team victory.
- Fordham's Tyler Christensen earned the best of the three wins for the Rams, defeating Thomas Overton at fourth position in three games, 11-9, 13-11, and 11-2.
- Drew Fones followed with a fifth slot win over Hayden Okurowski in four games, 14-12, 11-9, 11-13, and 11-5.
- Fredrik Schreiber-Wacnik earned the last Fordham win in the match, defeating Andrew Nemphos at sith position, 11-6, 11-5, and 11-9.
MATCH 2 – Haverford 9, Fordham 0
- The Rams came up short in all nine matches against Haverford.
- Fones fought hard against Advait Chandramouli at fifth position, before succumbing by scores of 6-11, 9-11, 11-8, 11-6, and 11-2.
- Jack Stanley (2nd), Christensen (4th), Schreiber-Wacnik (6th), Nathan Martinez (7th), and Joe Walsh (9th) each fell in four games.
