Bronx, N.Y. – (January 21, 2024) – After seeing an eight-game win streak snapped on Thursday, the Fordham squash team has started a new one, posting an 8-1 win over Boston University on Sunday, putting the team's current win streak at three games. Overall, the Rams are 14-6 on the season.
Fordham started Sunday with a pair of comeback wins, beginning with
Crispin McCarthy losing the first game of his eighth slot match to Sean Gregg, but rebounding to win the match in four games, 9-11, 11-6, 15-13, and 11-6.
Henry Frawley added another come-from-behind win at third position, falling behind two games to none against Spencer Choice. He then rallied to win the match in five games, 9-11, 9-11, 11-8, 11-5, and 11-8.
Gray Kearns continued the Rams' winning way at the seventh slot, defeating Matthew Liuzza in four games, 11-5, 7-11, 11-1, and 11-6.
The next four wins were all three-game sweeps for Fordham coming from

th).
The Rams' last win came from
Bennett Van Liew at second position, as he rallied from a game down to defeat Milan Tahliani, 1-11, 12-10, 11-8, and 11-7.
The Rams will next be in action on Saturday, January 27
th with a pair of home matches against Drexel Club (10:30 AM) and Dartmouth Club (1:30 PM).
