Newport News, Va. – (January 24, 2023) – The Atlantic 10 Conference announced its weekly indoor track & field award on Tuesday with Fordham's
Kyla Hill (Springfield, Mass.) earning Women's Performer of the Week honors for the first time in her career.
She is the second Ram to receive a weekly award this season, joining
Tiffany Hanna.
At the Ramapo Season Opener on Friday, Hill scored a first-place finish in the 200-meter dash in a personal best time of 24.81 seconds, good for second within the Atlantic 10 this season. She also helped the Rams win the 4x400m relay event in a season-best time of 4:01.56.
Hill and the rest of the Rams are back on the track this weekend at the River Hawk Invitational in Boston, Massachusetts, January 27-28.
