Bronx, N.Y. - Fordham Athletics has extended its partnership with mental health coaching group SportStrata to further develop its Behavioral Health Team. Since 2017, SportStrata has delivered top-notch sports psychology services to our Ram student-athletes and coaches. With this new agreement, Fordham Athletics will work with SportStrata through the 2022-2023 academic year.
 
SportStrata is a team of trained professionals who work with athletes of all levels, business people, performing artists, first responders, and more to maximize their potential. They teach skills and techniques proven to increase the characteristics of peak mental performance.
 
"I could not be more thrilled to extend our relationship with SportStrata," said director of athletics Ed Kull. "They have been a critical resource for our department since our initial partnership in 2017 and provided significant support for our Rams when practices and competition were canceled and postponed due to the pandemic. I am confident SportStrata will continue to bring new and innovative approaches to our Behavioral Health Team."
 
Specifically, SportStrata will help contribute to the Fordham Athletics Behavioral Health Team by providing team workshops, individual meetings, small group sessions, and other services as necessary.
