Bronx, N.Y. – The Fordham women's soccer team begins a three-match road stretch over the next seven days beginning with Thursday night's meeting at Yale (2-2), followed by a trip up to Syracuse (2-3) at 1 p.m. on Sunday. Kick-off from New Haven tomorrow night is slated for 7 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT: The Rams were held by Lehigh to a scoreless draw at Coffey Field on Sunday afternoon, the team's first tie of the season and second shutout. Senior
Kelly LaMorte made six saves in total, all in the second half, while the Rams recorded 10, five in each half. Fordham enjoyed the majority of possession and shots in the first half but the Mountain Hawks had double-digit shots in the second stanza.

Milan Bornstein each notched a pair of shots to pace the offense, with six others tallying one.

SERIES HISTORIES:
Yale – This will be just the second-ever meeting between the two schools after last year's match in the Bronx nearly a year to the day. The Bulldogs walked away 1-0 victors a season ago.

Syracuse – Sunday will be the third meeting between the two schools, with the Orange holding an 0-1-1 record all-time against the Rams. A scoreless draw played out upstate in 2008 before a 1-0 Syracuse victory followed the following season.Â

LAMORTEÂ SHUTSÂ 'EM DOWN: Senior keeper
Kelly LaMorte recorded her 12
th career shutout on Sunday against Lehigh. She already moved past Jen Byer ('09) earlier this year for fourth-most all-time and is now just two and three behind Megan Fitzgerald ('16) and Rachel Suther ('12), respectively.
Shannon Misiaszek ('03) holds the record with 20.5. She has also moved up to fifth all-time with 3,756 minutes played, as well.Â

RECRUITING CLASS EARNS ACCOLADES FROM TOP DRAWER SOCCER: The Rams received recruiting class accolades from Top Drawer Soccer for the team's current crop of freshmen. Overall, the recruiting class came in at #49, one of two Atlantic 10 teams to crack the top 50. Additionally, freshmanÂ
Danielle Etienne, who was rated No. 76 on their top 100 recruit list, was also a part of Top Drawer Soccer's list of "Impact Freshman to Watch", where the rest of the list comes from "Power 5" conferences or teams receiving votes for the Top 25.

TOP NOTCH: The Rams have put together a challenging schedule for 2019, which features three games against teams from the "Power 5" conferences in Tennessee (SEC), Rutgers (BIG 10), and Syracuse (ACC). This is first time since 2012 that Fordham has seen a non-conference slate like this, when the Rams faced Michigan (BIG 10), Michigan State (BIG 10), and Maryland (ACC).
