Bronx, N.Y. – It's the end of the first week of the 2019 Fordham football fall camp which means it was time for the first scrimmage of camp which occurred on Jack Coffey Field on Saturday.
 
The offense picked up a touchdown on a 14-yard scoring strike from sophomore quarterback Tim DeMorat to freshman wide receiver MJ Wright and added three points on an Andrew Mevis field goal.
 
The defense recorded numerous tackles for loss and kept the offense out of the end zone, save for the Wright touchdown grab.
 
The second scrimmage is schedule for next Saturday, August 17, on Jack Coffey Field.
