Baseball Headed to Morgantown Regional

Rams Join #15 National Seed West Virginia, Texas A&M, and Duke in NCAA Regional

Bronx, N.Y. – (May 27, 2019) – After winning the Atlantic 10 Championship and the league's automatic bid into the NCAA Championship, the Fordham baseball team found out where they would be going for Regional play on Monday – Morgantown, West Virginia.
 
The Rams will take part in the Morgantown Regional with #15 national seed West Virginia, Texas A&M, and Duke.  This will be the Fordham's eighth appearance overall in the NCAA Championship and first since 1998.
 
Fordham will face the #15 Mountaineers at 8:00 PM Eastern on Friday, May 31st in the second game of the day, while Texas A&M and Duke will play in the 4:00 PM contest.  The Fordham game can be seen on ESPN3 and the WatchESPN App.

The rest of the regional schedule is as follows:
 
Game 3 - Saturday, June 1st – 2:00 PM
Game 4 - Saturday, June 1st – 7:00 PM
Game 5 – Sunday, June 2nd – 12:00 PM
Game 6 – Sunday, June 2nd – 6:00 PM
Game 7 – Monday, June 3rd – 4:00 PM (if necessary)

Based on availability, all-session tickets will go on sale to the public through the Mountaineer Ticket Office at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 28. If available, information regarding single-game ticket availability will be announced on Wednesday, May 29.
 
Tickets for full-time West Virginia students will be available on game day at the Monongalia County Ballpark ticket windows. Tickets will be free for West Virgnia students with a valid student ID only to games that the Mountaineers play in. Tickets to all other games will be $10. Students from other participating schools presenting a valid student ID from their institution can purchase a $10 general admission ticket at the Monongalia County Ballpark ticket windows on game day.
