Bronx, N.Y. - Â The Fordham University Rams continue their 2019 season, Fordham's 119th varsity season, by traveling to Hamilton, N.Y. to face the Colgate University Raiders in a Patriot League contest in Andy Kerr Stadium on Saturday, November 9, at 1:00 p.m.

The game will be streamed live on the Patriot League Network with Eric Malanoski (p-b-p) and Jeff Bishop (color) announcing and broadcast live on WFUV (90.7 FM) and wfuvsports.org with Dominic Capone (p-b-p), Devin Clementi (color), and Nick DeLuca (sidelines) handling the announcing chores.

Fordham enters the game with a 3-6 overall record, 1-2 in the Patriot League, following a 38-34 league loss at Lafayette last Saturday, while Colgate is 2-8 on the year, 1-3 in the league, following a 24-14 league win over Georgetown in Washington, D.C. last Saturday.

• This will be the 31st meeting between Fordham and Colgate on the gridiron with the Raiders leading the all-time series, which started in 1989, 23-7.  Colgate has taken the past two meetings, including a 41-0 win on Jack Coffey Field as James Holland, Jr., rushed 16 times for 165 yards and two scores and Grant Breneman completed 16 of 19 passes for 198 yards.

• Fordham junior kicker
Andrew Mevis was named Patriot League Special Teams Player of the Week following the Lafayette game last week.

• Sophomore linebacker
Ryan Greenhagen is second in the Patriot League in tackles/game (10.1) and tackles for loss/game (1.5).

• On the FCS level, Greenhagen is second in the nation in solo tackles/game (7.0), 14th in total tackles/game and 23rd in tackles for loss/game.

• Junior linebacker
Glenn Cunningham has 39.5 career tackles for loss, third all-time at Fordham.

• With his 16 passing touchdowns this year, Fordham sophomore quarterback
Tim DeMorat brings his career total to 27, good for ninth on the Fordham career list.

• Last year, Fordham ranked last in the NCAA FCS in rushing yards/game, averaging just 50.7 yards/contest.

• This year the Rams are averaging 156.2 yards/game on the ground, second among Patriot League schools.

• The running game is led by junior running back
Zach Davis, who has five 100-yard games this season, as he leads the Patriot League, averaging 99.4 yards/game, 18th in the NCAA FCS.

• The 2019 Fordham Rams are a young squad, with just eight seniors on the roster.

• Only two of those seniors started the first game of the year (captains
Joe Ferraro and
Jesse Bramble).

• The Fordham captains for 2019 are senior defensive backs

• No New York area football team has won more games since 2012 than Fordham, who has amassed 55 victories over that stretch. The closest collegiate competitors are Stony Brook (52), Sacred Heart (48) and Rutgers (36), while the NFL's Giants have 49 wins over the past six years and the Jets have 43.
