Bronx, N.Y. -  The Fordham University Rams continue their 2019 season, Fordham's 119th varsity season, by traveling to Hamilton, N.Y. to face the Colgate University Raiders in a Patriot League contest in Andy Kerr Stadium on Saturday, November 9, at 1:00 p.m.

The game will be streamed live on the Patriot League Network with Eric Malanoski (p-b-p) and Jeff Bishop (color) announcing and broadcast live on WFUV (90.7 FM) and wfuvsports.org with Dominic Capone (p-b-p), Devin Clementi (color), and Nick DeLuca (sidelines) handling the announcing chores.

Fordham enters the game with a 3-6 overall record, 1-2 in the Patriot League, following a 38-34 league loss at Lafayette last Saturday, while Colgate is 2-8 on the year, 1-3 in the league, following a 24-14 league win over Georgetown in Washington, D.C. last Saturday.

• This will be the 31st meeting between Fordham and Colgate on the gridiron with the Raiders leading the all-time series, which started in 1989, 23-7.  Colgate has taken the past two meetings, including a 41-0 win on Jack Coffey Field as James Holland, Jr., rushed 16 times for 165 yards and two scores and Grant Breneman completed 16 of 19 passes for 198 yards.

A few notes on the game:

• Fordham junior kicker Andrew Mevis was named Patriot League Special Teams Player of the Week following the Lafayette game last week.

• Sophomore linebacker Ryan Greenhagen is second in the Patriot League in tackles/game (10.1) and tackles for loss/game (1.5).

• On the FCS level, Greenhagen is second in the nation in solo tackles/game (7.0), 14th in total tackles/game and 23rd in tackles for loss/game.

• Junior linebacker Glenn Cunningham has 39.5 career tackles for loss, third all-time at Fordham.

• With his 16 passing touchdowns this year, Fordham sophomore quarterback Tim DeMorat brings his career total to 27, good for ninth on the Fordham career list.

• Last year, Fordham ranked last in the NCAA FCS in rushing yards/game, averaging just 50.7 yards/contest.

• This year the Rams are averaging 156.2 yards/game on the ground, second among Patriot League schools.

• The running game is led by junior running back Zach Davis, who has five 100-yard games this season, as he leads the Patriot League, averaging 99.4 yards/game, 18th in the NCAA FCS.

• The 2019 Fordham Rams are a young squad, with just eight seniors on the roster.

• The Fordham captains for 2019 are senior defensive backs Jesse Bramble and James Biggs-Frazier, and senior wide receiver Joe Ferraro.
