Bronx, N.Y. - The Fordham University Rams continue their 2019 season, Fordham's 119th varsity season, by traveling to Easton, Penn., to face the Lafayette College Leopards in a Patriot League contest on Fisher Field on Saturday, November 2, at 12:30 p.m.

The game will be streamed live on the Patriot League Network with Gary Laubach (p-b-p), Mike Joseph (color), and John Leone (sidelines) announcing and broadcast live on WFUV (90.7 FM) and wfuvsports.org with Dominic Capone (p-b-p), Devin Clementi (color), and Nick DeLuca (sidelines) handling the announcing chores.

Fordham enters the game with a 3-5 overall record, 1-1 in the Patriot League, following a 30-27 overtime league loss to Lehigh on Jack Coffey Field on October 19, while Lafayette is 1-7 on the year, 1-1 in the league, following a 21-17 league win over Bucknell in Easton last Saturday.

This will be the 38th meeting between Fordham and Lafayette on the gridiron. The Leopards lead the all-time series, which started in 1903, 24-12-1, and have taken the last two meetings, including a 21-13 win on Jack Coffey last October as C.J. Amill rushed for 133 yards and one score and Selwyn Simpson picked up 112 yards on the ground with two scores.  The Lafayette wins snapped a three-game Fordham winning streak in the series.

A few notes on the game:

• Sophomore linebacker Ryan Greenhagen is second in the Patriot League in tackles/game (10.3) and third in tackles for loss/game (1.6).

• On the FCS level, Greenhagen is second in the nation in solo tackles/game (7.1), 12th in total tackles/game and 17th in tackles for loss/game.

• Junior linebacker Glenn Cunningham has 38.5 career tackles for loss, third all-time at Fordham.

• With his 13 passing touchdowns this year, Fordham sophomore quarterback Tim DeMorat brings his career total to 24, good for tenth on the Fordham career list.

• Last year, Fordham ranked last in the NCAA FCS in rushing yards/game, averaging just 50.7 yards/contest.

• This year the Rams are averaging 167.2 yards/game on the ground, tops among Patriot League schools.

• The running game is led by junior running back Zach Davis, who has five 100-yard games this season, and he leads the Patriot League, averaging 107.6 yards/game, 12th in the NCAA FCS.

• The 2019 Fordham Rams are a young squad, with just eight seniors on the roster.

• Only two of those seniors started the first game of the year (captains Joe Ferraro and Jesse Bramble).

• The Fordham captains for 2019 are senior defensive backs Jesse Bramble and James Biggs-Frazier, and senior wide receiver Joe Ferraro.

• No New York area football team has won more games since 2012 than Fordham, who has amassed 55 victories over that stretch. The closest collegiate competitors are Stony Brook (52), Sacred Heart (47) and Rutgers (36), while the NFL's Giants have 49 wins over the past six years and the Jets have 43.
