West Point, N.Y. – The Fordham men's tennis squad traveled down to Philadelphia over the weekend to compete in the ITA Northeast Regionals at Penn.

• Opened main draw with a 6-3, 6-3 loss to Udayan Bhaker from St. John's

• Opened the qualifying bracket with a  7-5, 4-6, 10-7 loss to Lehigh's Matt Kleiman

 
Fabian Mauritzson

• Fell to Drexel's Hugo Brungs in a marathon match, 5-7, 6-4, 10-4, in the qualifying bracket

 
Alex Makatsaria

• Opened with a 7-6 (3), 6-3 loss to FDU's Mehdi Dhouib in the qualifying bracket

Finn Kemper

• Lost to Austin (Monmouth) 6-4, 4-6, 10-7

• Lost in the first round to Guido Argentini and Jorge Isaias Ortiz-Garcia (Bryant) 8-7(3)

 
The Rams host the Fordham Fall Quad this weekend, October 26-27, on the Hawthorn/Rooney Courts.
