Women's Results
Princeton, N.J. – The Fordham women's cross country squad traveled down to Princeton to compete in the Princeton Invitational at the West Windsor Fields where the Rams placed tenth.
Alexandra Thomas was the top Fordham finisher, placing 21st in the women's race.
Boston University was the top women's team with 53 points, followed by George Washington (94), La Salle (97), Connecticut (118) and Columbia (135). Fordham paced tenth with 282 points, just one point behind ninth-place Towson.
Suzanne Dannheim from George Washington won the women's 6K race in 21:09.2 with the top Fordham runner being
Alexandra Thomas, who placed 21st in 22:04.8. She was followed by
Sydney Snow, who placed 32nd in 22:19.7, and
Taylor Mascetta, who was 72nd in 23:02.7. Other scorers for the Rams were
Katarzyna Krzyzanowski (86th – 23:12.4) and
Bridget Alex (97th – 23:16.2).
Also competing for the women were
Sarah Raubenheimer (146th – 24:03.3) and
Nicoleta Papavasilakis (185th – 25:32.1).
The Rams return to action on Saturday, November 2 as they compete at the 2019 Atlantic 10 Championships at Oatlands Plantation in Leesburg, Va.
