Box ScoreThe Fordham squash team continued its tournament run at the 2015 CSA Team Championship on Saturday in Hartford, Connecticut. Unfortunately for the Rams, the result was the same as day one, as Fordham fell to Northeastern by a 7-2 score.
Will Wardrop got Fordham off to a good start, winning his third slot match against Northeastern's Kadeem Murrell. Wardrop came back from two games down to win in five, 8-11, 15-17, 11-8, 11-7, and 11-8.
The Rams earned their second point of the match at the top spot, where
Kincade Webster defeated T.J. Dyer in three games, 11-8, 11-8, and 11-5.
The very tight match would swing in Northeastern's favor from there, as the Huskies won four matches in four games at the second, fifth, sixth, and seventh slots, while earning sweeps at the fourth, eighth, and ninth slots.
The Fordham squash team concludes play at the championship with a 9:00 AM match against Lehigh on Sunday.
