Â
Needing two runs to close out the game in the fifth, the Rams got just what they needed.Â
Gabby Luety led off the inning with a solo goner to left before Ianiro recorded her second hit of the game, an RBI double that sealed the deal.

Â
The two squads combined for only four hits over the next four and a half innings before the Rams exploded in the top of the eighth. Ianiro was placed on second to start the frame and Canessa quickly brought her home with a single to left field. After Van Hoven popped out, Fortier recorded her second RBI of the day with a double to right center, scoring Canessa. With the Rams up by two,
