Biography

2014: Closed out one of the most successful careers in Fordham softball history… Claimed a spot on the All-Atlantic 10 First Team and Atlantic 10 All-Championship Team… Two-time Atlantic 10 Player of the Week… Finished her Fordham career ranked first on the school’s career list in walks, third in home runs, fourth in RBIs, fifth in games played, fifth in total bases and seventh in slugging percentage… Hit .331 on the year, finishing second on the squad with 13 home runs, 44 RBIs and 96 total bases… Slugged .662 and reached base at a .444 clip, making her just one of two Fordham players with an OPS of over 1.100… Opened up the 2014 campaign with a two-run homer against LIU-Brooklyn (2/7)… Scored two runs and walked twice against Chattanooga (2/7)… Went 3-3 with an RBI against UCF (2/9)… Picked up RBIs in consecutive games against Ole Miss (2/14) and DePaul (2/15)… Smacked a solo shot against Cal Poly (2/20)… Picked up two RBIs against BYU (2/21)… Registered a hit against #1 Florida (3/1)… Hit an RBI single against Omaha (3/1)… Went 2-2 with a solo home run against Troy (3/15)… Recorded two doubles in the second game of a doubleheader at UVA (3/20)… Registered an RBI double at George Washington (3/22)… Kicked off a six game hitting streak in the second game of a double header against Marist (3/27)… Recorded three RBIs in a doubleheader against George Mason (4/5)… Went 3-3 with a double and a home run in the second game of a doubleheader at URI (4/12), beginning a stretch that would see her belt five round trippers in just four games… Hit two bombs in the first game of a doubleheader against Binghamton (4/13) before adding another in the night cap… Went 2-2 with a two-run homer against Saint Louis (4/17)… Picked up an RBI in both games of a doubleheader against UMass (4/19)… Went 4-5 with a double, two home runs and five RBIs in a doubleheader sweep of St. Bonaventure (4/22)… Nailed a three-run shot in the first game of a twin bill at La Salle (4/26)… Hit a three-run home run in the Atlantic 10 Championship opener vs. UMass (5/8)… Went 2-3 with two RBIs and a home run in the Atlantic 10 title game against Saint Louis (5/10)… Recorded a walk in each of the NCAA Tallahassee Regional contests against Florida State (5/16) and South Carolina (5/17)... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.    

2013: Named First Team NFCA All-Region, Second Team All-Atlantic 10 following a spectacular year at the plate... Hit .351 with 13 home runs, 51 RBI and a .655 slugging percentage on the the year... Moved into fourth place on the Fordham career home run list... Went 3-3 with three RBIs and three runs scored against Georgia Tech (3/1)... Smacked two homers and drove in four runs in Fordham’s win over #5 Texas (3/3)... Followed that up with another multi-RBI game against Central Michigan (3/8) ... Tallied her second multi-homer game of the year with two dingers against Chattanooga (3/13)... Registered a career-high six RBIs against Detroit (3/16)... Tallied nine RBI on the day after pouring in three more against Binghamton (3/16)... Hit two home runs in a doubleheader against George Washington (3/30)... Went 2-4 against UMass (4/6)... Went 2-2 with four RBI against Iona (4/23)... Had another four-RBI game against St. Bonaventure (4/26)... Went 4-5 against Temple (5/5)... Hit a home run in the NCAA Regional’s final game against Arkansas (5/18)

2012: Hit a solo home run in a win over Fullerton (2/25)..Went 1-3 with a double and two RBI against North Carolina (3/2)...Laced a solo home run in a win over Rutgers (3/10)...Blasted a pair of homers and drove in four in a shutout of St. John’s (3/20)...Went 1-for-3 with a home run and three RBI in the second game of a doubleheader with Charlotte (3/30)...Collected a pair of hits in a win at Saint Joseph’s (4/5)...Hit a game-tying home run in the bottom of the seventh against UMass (5/4)...Also connected on a three-run blast in the win over #3 Alabma (5/7).

2011: Named to the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team...Finished second on the squad in home runs (eight) and fourth in RBI (29)...Posted a .463 slugging percentage...Committed only one error all season...Started 56 of 59 games...Drove in her first two college RBI against Ole Miss (2/18)...Hit a walk-off solo home run to defeat 11th-ranked Texas at the Cathedral City Classic (2/24)...Went a perfect 3-3 with a run scored against Nevada (2/26)...Had a home run and three RBI versus Princeton (3/12)...Collected two hits, drove in three and blasted a home run against Virginia (3/14)...Had a home run, a pair of hits and two RBI in the second game of a twinbill with Charlotte (4/15)...Went 3-5 with two RBI and a home run over the course of a doubleheader with Fairleigh Dickinson (4/21).

Before Fordham: Multi-sport athlete at Homer High School in Cortland, New York, playing both varsity softball and basketball... Softball team captain... 2010 Homer Central Female Athlete of the Year... Conference Player of the Year... Three-time All-State and All-Central New York selection, earning First Team honors as a junior and as a senior... Helped Homer to the Section III/B-1 Championship... Selected as the Liberty Division Co-Player of the Year in 2009, and named a NYS Section III All-Star three times... Played summer ball for the TC Tremors, who won the ASA 18U Gold Region 2 Championship in 2009... Prior to the TC Tremors, she played for the BAGSAI Thunder, along with current Fordham teammate Becca Griswold, which won the NYS ASA “A” 16U Championship...member of the National Honor Society.
