Bronx, N.Y. (January 16, 2014) – Fordham University wide receiver Greg Wilson has signed a contract with the Denver Broncos it was announced today. He joins former Fordham strength and conditioning coach Jason George, who currently serves as the team's assistant strength and conditioning coach, in Denver as the Broncos prepare to host the AFC Championship game on Sunday.

Wilson, a 2013 Gabelli School of Business graduate, was a two-year starter for the Rams after transferring to Fordham from Diablo Valley Community College. As a senior in 2012, he started all eleven games, hauling in 41 passes for 545 yards (13.3 yards/catch) and four touchdowns. Wilson was second on the team in receiving yards and fifth in receptions. His top game was a five-catch, 99-yard performance at Lehigh.

As a junior in 2011, Wilson appeared in all eleven games, starting six, catching 26 passes for 539 yards (20.7 yards/catch) and four touchdowns. He led the team with 539 receiving yards and his 20.7 yards/catch average and tied for the team lead with four touchdown receptions. Wilson also returned eight punts for 57 yards (7.1 yards/return) and three kickoffs for 60 yards (20.0 yards/return). He saved his best for last, hauling in a season-high five passes for 113 yards and two touchdowns (44 and 40 yards) in the season finale with Holy Cross.
