Bronx, N.Y. – The Fordham women's soccer team looks to build off a 1-0 win at Hofstra on August 27, as the Rams travel up to Easton, Mass., to face the Stonehill College Skyhawks on Sunday, September 6, at 1:00 p.m. at Skyhawks Field.
The Rams (2-2) defeated the Pride, 1-0, back on August 27 as

Julia Acosta deflected the ball in from 10 yards for the lone goal of the game
Stonehill enters the game at 0-3-3 thus far and is coming off a 2-1 loss at UAlbany on Thursday night.
SERIES HISTORY
- Thursday is fifth all-time meeting between Fordham and Stonehill. The Rams lead the series, 3-1-0, and have taken the past three meetings.
- Fordham took last year's meeting, 4-2, at Moglia Stadium getting a pair of goals from Liina Tervo, while Riley Carroll and Renata Mercedes also scored for the Rams.
THE OPPONENT
- Stonehill was picked fifth in the NEC in the preseason coaches' poll, while Sasha McTiffin was a preseason All-CAA Honorable Mention selection.
- The Skyhawks are led by of 2025 All-NEC honorees in sophomore Dani Lomuscio and senior Kayla Cassidy.

- Addison Green and Piper Hasbrook will serve as the 2026 team captains for the Rams.

- Liv Johnsen and Baylee Canet have joined the first-timers club over the first three games of the season as each recorded their first collegiate goal this season with Canet's against #14 Georgetown and Johnsen's against Marist.
