Nicki Sudall named Player of the Week and freshman infielder
Sadira Forcucci named Rookie of the Week. It is the first weekly award for each.
In a three-game series at Loyola Chicago last weekend, Sudall hit .400 (4-10) with a home run and seven RBI. Her best game came in game two of Saturday's doubleheader, a 15-3 Fordham win, where she went 2-for-3 with a home run and six RBI.
On the year, Sudall is hitting .301 (44-146) with seven doubles, three home runs, and 38 RBI. She is second on the team in RBI and third in batting average. Sudall is tied for second in the conference in RBI
Forcucci hit .462 (6-13) in the three-game series with two home runs and four RBI. She connected on a two-run shot in the 15-3 win on Saturday and a solo home run in Sunday's 10-8 loss.
On the season, Forcucci is hitting .363 (49-135) with ten doubles, eight home runs, and 42 RBI. She leads the team in home runs and RBI and also leads the A-10 in RBI while ranking fifth in home runs.
The Rams, seeded fourth, open play at the 2026 Atlantic 10 Championship on Wednesday, May 6, by facing fifth-seeded Saint Joseph's at 1:00 p.m. (EDT) at Saint Louis University.
